Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on loveph. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. loveph will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately so that appropriate action can be taken. Any activity carried out through your account before a report is made will be considered your responsibility.
All financial transactions on loveph are conducted exclusively in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawals are processed to the verified payment method linked to your account, which may include GCash, Maya, or a local Philippine bank account. loveph does not accept third-party deposits — the name on your payment account must match the name on your loveph account. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed at the time of each transaction and may be updated from time to time. loveph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the loveph platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

Any winnings generated through prohibited activities will be voided and removed from the account balance without prior notice. We cooperate fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory bodies when required.
From time to time, loveph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, or other promotional incentives to eligible members. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. loveph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Attempting to abuse promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account suspension. Only one promotional offer may be active per account at any given time unless otherwise stated.
All content on the loveph platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data — is the exclusive property of loveph or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without the prior written consent of loveph. Unauthorised use of loveph's intellectual property may result in legal action. The loveph brand name and logo are registered trademarks and must not be used in any context without explicit written permission.
loveph provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, downtime, or technical interruptions at all times. loveph shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, data, or profits arising from platform unavailability, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, or regulatory actions. Our total liability to any individual member in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
